Section 16 or 16A. Regardless of what is written in the law, organs should not be removed from the body of any dead person and transplanted into another human body in such a way as to affect the autopsy of the person who died due to duty or suicide or under suspicious circumstances. But this section shall not be deemed to prevent any removal of organs for the purpose of autopsy or any other investigation of such dead person.
